Privacy Policy

This policy explains how LAKS Global (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you use laksglobal.com or contact us about business setup and corporate services. We handle personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and other applicable laws.

What we collect

  • Enquiry details you submit through our quote and calculator forms: name, mobile number, email address, preferred jurisdiction, number of visas and shareholders, office type, business activity, selected services and any message.
  • How you found us, such as the referring website or campaign tag, so we can see which channels work.
  • Messages you send us by WhatsApp, email or phone.
  • Documents you provide later for a company formation, such as passport copies. We request these only once you decide to proceed.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
  • To provide the services you engage us for, including applications to licensing authorities, free zones, immigration and banks.
  • To meet our legal obligations, including anti-money laundering and “know your customer” checks.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

Only as needed to deliver the service you ask for: the relevant licensing authority or free zone (such as the Department of Economy and Tourism, DMCC, Meydan Free Zone, IFZA or Ajman Free Zone), immigration and government service centres, banks you choose to apply to, and our sister business LAKS Partners where you engage it for accounting, tax or audit services. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t proceed are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as UAE law requires, including anti-money laundering record-keeping periods.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, subject to our legal obligations. Email setup@laksglobal.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.

Cookies
